Table of Contents for tables exported to Excel

This feature is now available, and there's an article that explains how to create a table of contents.

First, the exported tables would be given a "named range" in Excel. Second you would be able to export a table of contents that links to those named ranges. If you want this feature, please vote for it. If you have any suggestions, please describe.

This feature is now available as of version 1.2.1011 Grand Bahama Island. We actually don't use Excel's named ranges, but the table of contents is still hyperlinked to various cells within the spreadsheet. Check out the documentation for creating a table of contents.

Someone explained to me that linking the table of contents using named ranges would be useful. One reason is that the target object would scroll into view. So I'll need to enhance the TOC to support that.
