Secondary stat test

I thought I'd mention some work we've recently done to give you an idea for a future improvement (if you haven't thought of this already). For a series of reports that we've been creating, we have:

  • Created a series of graphs that show 2016 data, split by different segments. Stat testing is done across the groups using letters.
  • Created a series of graphs on aggregate that splits the data by wave (2014 vs. 2016). Stat testing is done with arrows.
  • In some cases, created graphs split by a segment variable showing letter stat testing from RB AND THEN adding manual arrow stat test markers to show the temporal statistical changes.

Is this something you could one day add to RB? That is, have a way to apply both cross-sectional and temporal stat testing on one graph? We don't do this too often, but in this case, we had 6 similar reports that all made use of this.

Thanks for reading! Keep up the awesome work - I so much prefer using RB than our old methods of creating charts and graphs!

Would this be a second test within the same table/chart? So under the Testing tab, we would have "t1" test settings, then another section for "t2" test settings. And under the Data tab, you could select an axis for t1 testing, and another axis for t2 testing?

Yes, exactly like that. I think this would suit our needs (we'd likely have to hide some bars that we don't want to show, but otherwise, this would work).

I agree that this would be very valuable. Thanks so much for this feature request, and also for the positive encouragement. I really appreciate that you’re a user!
