Though Drag and drop still isn't implemented, there are a few new things that make moving items easier:

1. "Cut" and "Paste"
2. It is possible to right-click and "Insert Before > From Clipboard" or "Append (Insert After) > From Clipboard". These features were added as of 1.2.1013 "Cruise Ship".
