Best Group Costume

Some people are so awesome. And though I try to describe how awesome they are, I just can't. Well, these such people did something that caused me to collapse to the floor and laugh into the carpet for at least 5 minutes. They dressed up as version 1.0.4808 of Report Builder for their company Halloween party! First of all, who thinks of dressing up as software!? Second, who dresses up as a particular version of the software? I think that is so creative and so dang hilarious. And it warms my heart. Plus they won the Best Group Costume! I absolutely LOVE this.

Every time I release a new version of Report Builder I change the "splash screen" – the little window that comes up while the application is loading. This version, named the "Turtle and 3 Fish" version, was the latest for a long time and people had to have been pretty tired of that splash screen (which makes this even funnier to me). Sam dressed up as a turtle. Amy, Sophia, and Liz dressed up as the fish. And Hilary dressed up as me, even wearing a Hawaiian shirt! Hahaha!! I absolutely love these guys for doing that and I think it's the greatest thing ever. I can't look at their picture without getting a huge smile on my face.
